Bounce is for ages 5–17 and over 1 metre. Soft Play is for ages 2–5.

Grip socks are compulsory in the Bounce Park and can be purchased online or at reception.

Please carpool
On-site parking is limited, especially at busy party times. Four cars maximum per party.

Adults stay
Every visitor under 18 must have an accompanying adult remain on the premises.

House rules.
These guidelines apply to every visitor, whether you’re here for an individual session, a party or a group booking.
- Play safely. No horseplay, pushing or playing tag on the Bounce Park floor.
- Follow staff instructions. Floor supervisors are there to protect everyone.
- Be kind. Bullying is not tolerated and may result in removal from the park.
- One at a time. Only one child may use each trampoline at a time.
- Keep food outside. No food, hot drinks or food fighting in activity areas.
- Grip socks and wristbands are compulsory.
- Empty pockets. Store phones, keys and loose items in the locker area.
- Remove sharp objects. Belts, badges, pins and dress-up items must come off.
- Wear suitable clothing. Cover skin to reduce the risk of friction burns.
- Do not jump if unwell or injured.
- No photography or video recording on the Bounce Park floor.
- Use equipment independently. Adults must not lift children onto equipment they cannot reach.

Do we need to pre-book?
Pre-booking is strongly advised. Walk-in availability cannot be guaranteed.
Can adults bounce?
No. The Bounce Park is for children aged 5–17. Adults can supervise from the upstairs viewing gallery. Adults may directly supervise children in Soft Play.
Are tickets refundable?
All tickets are non-refundable.
Where can adults sit?
Adults can watch the trampoline area from the upstairs viewing gallery or sit in the main reception area. Party bookings have a reserved table for four adults.
Is there a lift?
There is no lift on the premises. Contact the team before visiting if you would like to discuss access requirements.
Can I pay a tip by card?
Tips are optional and cannot currently be accepted by card. Cash tips may be left for the team; Sip N Flip café staff receive 100% of café tip-jar contributions.
